Planning, researching, organizing, managing and executing programmes has become an integral part of the ways in which WPC effect change for women in Indian society. It is through this outlet that WPC is able to independently and with the help of partners realize solutions to gaps in gender equality and justice. Through both private and public financial backing, WPC takes up and heads programmes of its own such as the UNFPA’s Decling Sex Ratio project. For this, WPC has organized 32 partners via a call for proposals process for combating and arresting the issue of declining child sex ratios across India.
